El amor que vierto en ti is a series of painted photographs taken in the volcanic landscape of Lanzarote, Canary Islands. This collection of 3 artworks is part of the wider series Heiress of Dust. Each piece is painted with a single colour and incorporates a very brief poem in its title. “El amor que vierto en ti, revierte en mí” / “Mi esencia es tuya, así como tu incandescencia es mía” / “Mi deseo se evapora, mientras su semilla etérea desciende en ti, para volver a germinar”. These self-portraits explore the connection with the waters of the Atlantic Ocean in the heart of winter.
